The concept of CSR is not a modern concept in the current business environment.This concept dates back to the 1930s, and since then the concept of CSR has witnessed many contributions by many researchers and professionals to clarify the basic features of this concept, hence the research aims To review part of the evolution in the concept of corporate social responsibility, through a review of the literature, the research has come to an ongoing process rather than a fixed role played by the organization with regard to certain categories with a predetermined priorities for these groups, on the other hand. The blood of the above definitions and a description of the phenomenon of corporate social responsibility, but they do not provide any guidance on how to manage the challenges within this phenomenon.
