The journal publishes researches written in Arabic and English in all fields of accounting science. The researches are submitted for publication after receiving the recommendation of the editorial board and the arbitrators. The judgment of a research-based on its relevance to the field of knowledge, the scientific and practical value of its results, the originality of the research ideas, the validity of its subject, the accuracy of the previous literature, its timeliness and the clarity of the scientific method used in the study. Its mandate, the integrity of the view and the organization of the research. The editorial board shall make an initial assessment of the research submitted. If it becomes apparent that it is not suitable for publication, the researcher shall be notified. As for accepted research, two arbitrators are sent for a confidential evaluation and the researcher is then informed of the outcome. In case of the rejection of one of the arbitrators, a third arbitrator will be brought.

Regulations and requirements of publication            

1- Three copies of the paper of the research should be submitted with a copy loaded on C.D with the knowledge that the copy loaded on C.D is to be printed in the Journal. The paper is written on A4 paper 

2. A copy of the research in Word, a numbered pdf and a copy without a numbering shall be submitted on C.D.

3 -The researcher sends a letter with the research, stating that the research is original and has not been published and has not been submitted for publication to any other body, and the research will not be submitted to any other body until the completion of arbitration procedures.

4. The first page of the research should contain the title of the research, the name of the researcher or the researchers, the Educational Institution, the e-mail and his phone numbers.

5. If there is more than one researcher involved in the preparation of the research, a letter should be submitted stating that and be signed by all researchers.

6. The research should be written in clear Arabic / English language, in a neutral scientific manner, and there should be no errors which are in the researcher's responsibility. Any research containing linguistic errors shall be rejected.

7. The number of research pages should not exceed 50 pages.

8 -Two abstracts should be submitted for the research: one in Arabic and the other in English with a limit of 200 words each. Each page should contain a title. The researcher should highlight the research objective and hypotheses. At least three of the key terms used should be written at the end of the Arabic abstract and in English for the English summary within 3 to 7 words.

9. Margins are used in research by mentioning the author's last name and the year of publication in brackets.

10-The references shall be assigned in independent pages at the end of the research. The references mentioned in the text of the research shall be included. All the Arabic bibliographies and be arranged at the end of the research according to the alphabetical order and the name of the author and the first and middle names shall be mentioned. Then the title of the article, then the name of the journal, then the folder number, then the research page numbers, and follow the same method in the foreign references.

11- A short description of the researcher/researchers should be presented within 100 words include the last degree obtained with the name of the university from which he obtained the degree, the year, the current job, the institution or university that  works, the main areas of his research interests, contributions to the field of accounting and auditing in his local or regional environment and any awards received for their scientific production, postal address and telephone number.

12-A copy of the research should be sent to the e-mail of the Journal                     (arja @ alexu.edu.eg)

13- The researcher obtains a free copy of the part of the Journal involved in his research.

14-The scientific material contained in the published research expresses the views of the authors and does not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Journal.

15- Correspondence related to research should direct to the professor, chief Editor of Alexandria Journal of Accounting research.
