Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the impact of liquidity, profitability, and leverage ratios on firm value, based on an empirical study for a sample consisting of 113 non-financial firms listed on Saudi Stock Exchange, for the period from 2018 to 2022, with a total of 564 observations. The findings indicate that there is a positive and insignificant effect of liquidity on firm value. The results also indicate a negative and insignificant effect of profitability on firm value. The results also present a negative and significant effect of leverage on firm value. This study contributes as the first study (to the researchers' knowledge) that investigates the impact of liquidity, profitability, and leverage ratios on firm value of non-financial firms listed on the Saudi stock Exchange.
