Abstract

This research amis to study and investigate The Impact of the companies' disclosure of Cybersecurity Risk      Management Report on Non-Professional Egyptian Investors’ Decisions. The research also examined the impact of some qualitative    characteristics (Gender, age, and investor qualification) on this relation. to achieve the aim of the research an experimental study was conducted on a sample of 108 of  Faculty members and postgraduate students in the Faculties of Commerce, in Egyptian Universities as representative of  Non-Professional Egyptian Investors. The Experimental Study shows that there is a significant impact of the companies' disclosure of Cybersecurity Risk Management Report on Non-Professional Egyptian Investors’ Decisions. The research also concluded that there is a significant effect for each of; (gender, age, and level of educational) on this relation.
