Benefiting from international accounting education standards In achieving the quality of educational life in faculties of commerce in Egypt

Abstract

The aim of this research is to present an accounting proposal to develop the academic qualification of accountants graduates from faculties of commerce so that they can ensure employment and educational satisfaction with the graduate's level in order to achieve quality of life rates in the educational field.
The problem of the research was an attempt to develop the scientific material for commercial accounting education in Egyptian universities by taking advantage of the international accounting education standards issued by the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), in order to achieve the required level of employment and educational satisfaction by which the quality of educational life and the efficiency of graduates in Egypt are achieved.                   
The research was based on the inductive approach to show the possibility of introducing modifications to the scientific qualification in the content of the teaching materials of the faculties of commerce in the accounting departments using international accounting education standards. Or professional organizations; This framework is based on the adoption of the eight international professional accounting education standards issued by the International Federation of Accountants. And the results of the study in the first proposed framework, to show a set of development requirements based on international accounting education standards, starting from ensuring that the future accountant has the mental and cognitive ability when he is accepted in faculties of commerce, up to ensuring continuous improvement and ensuring academic qualification as an accountant or auditor. As for the second proposed framework, it showed support for the quality of life through the development of training programs for accountants and graduates of faculties of commerce, and by adhering to several elements derived from international accounting education standards, starting with the possession of mental and cognitive knowledge that is based on the quality of the university qualification obtained by the graduate, according to the academic proposal Previous to develop accounting education in universities, so that the focus is on supporting various analytical skills and supporting a sense of responsibility and its practical levels, especially supporting the spirit of innovation, analysis skills and professional judgment in order to achieve the quality of life for the accountant’s career, and for the organization in which he works and with and bears the responsibilities to achieve its general strategies.
