Digitization and Accounting Education- How digital Transformation may Drive the shift Toward Accounting Education

Abstract

The research dealt with how to use the means of modern technology in accounting education through the quantum internet, and the availability of modern technological requirements in the faculties of commerce in Egyptian universities that enable them to teach electronic accounting and conduct a field study on the Egyptian E-learning National University, as it is one of the pioneers of e-learning in the Arab Republic of Egypt Where the study community is represented by faculty members from the Faculty of Business Studies and Business Administration at the Egyptian E-learning National University in all its study centers, which includes 12 study centers at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt. By 83%, the results of the theoretical study showed that digital transformation leads to the progress and development of accounting education in the case of the availability of material, human and infrastructure capabilities, and the conversion of courses into electronic courses, and that the presence of an organized vision and strategy for digital transformation in higher education institutions pushes universities to develop accounting education. Digitization in accounting courses or the results of the field study indicated that the university meets the modern technological and technical requirements in the faculties of commerce in the Egyptian universities that enable it to teach electronic accounting. Providing examination control systems and ensuring their confidentiality.
